Would you try prone boarding? That's exactly what Amelia did as part of RNIB Connect Radio's 20th Anniversary The Blind Leading series. Also know as paddle boarding, it involves someone lying down or kneeling on prone boards while paddling with their hands. Amelia was taught by Dean Dunbar who became partially sighted at nine years old, and was later registered blind due to rod-cone dystrophy - a condition affecting the eye's retina.
