The Namibia Central Intelligence Service (NCIS) is briefing members of parliament on its functions. This session is part of an orientation program designed to help lawmakers understand how state institutions work. The Law Reform and Development Commission will also present, followed by the Office of the Ombudsman, focusing on how human rights are protected under Namibian law.
